Prioritise Your Comfort

Of course, you’ll need a yoga mat. Choose one with the right thickness and texture that keeps you comfortable. You can also have some rolled towels or cloth within reach, as these can be inserted below your legs or at the back of your knees to lessen pain and discomfort as you remain in a sitting position. If you prefer, you can also use small cushions and throw pillows.
